More than 60% of employers plan to offer richer benefits to employees who complete health risk questionnaires or biometric screenings, an Aon Hewitt survey of more than 1,230 employers found. The survey also found 68% of respondents said they intend to adopt reference pricing for certain medical services, 42% said they are considering offering only consumer-directed plans and 72% said they may reduce premium contributions for employees’ dependents.
