Study: 30 minutes of exercise is just as good as 1 hour

A study in the American Journal of Physiology showed that men who vigorously exercised for 30 minutes per day lost an average of 8 pounds over three months, while those who had a one-hour training period lost 6 pounds. Researchers at the University of Copenhagen wrote that “exercising for a whole hour instead of a half does not provide any additional loss in either body weight or fat.” The Telegraph (London)
